- Easy Qualify Program - Uses a multiple of income approach to help churches
maximize their borrowing capacity. This program is often used for churches that
have been turned down by banks and other traditional lenders. No personal
guarantees are required. - Traditional - Features low interest rates and traditional bank like terms;
amortizations are often 25 or 30 years and personal guarantees are almost never
required. - Church Saver - A special program for churches facing bankruptcy or other
financial problems. This program allows a church to get back on its feet while
